At White Management a team effort prevails. Careful coordination and support of our property managers from the office as a whole provide continuity and responsiveness in our service. Our office functions with speed and precision; phone inquiries are answered immediately, problems arising at the property receive same-day attention, emergencies are handled around the clock. All accounting and data processing is done in our office on state-of-the-art computer systems and all data is updated nightly to ensure our records are current each working day.

Meet the Team
John White
President/CEO
Mr. White is a certified Registered Apartment Manager (“RAM.”), Licensed Real Estate Broker, and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (“IRAM”). He attended Iona College from 1974-1975 then joined the United States Air force (“USAF”) from 1976 –1981. Mr. White earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Eufaula University & a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami Day Community College. He is also a licensed appraiser and Notary Public. Mr. White took over the company in 1993 and has over 30 years of experience.

Patrick Rafferty
Property Manager & Analyst
Patrick is a Property Manger and Analyst. He joined the company in 2022. Patrick works closely with the Boards and supers to help support all day-to-day matters and projects. He co-manages multiple properties and supervises all major projects. He also oversees work orders, assists with newsletters, and all mass mailings. Patrick graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Bachelors in Finance & Economics. He has over 5 years business experience.
